Privacy and cookies
Updated 12 October 2026. This page explains information collected through the K Driving School website.
When you contact us
Our enquiry form asks for your name, contact details, address, lesson preferences, driving experience and any test details or message you choose to provide. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and arrange suitable lessons. The form is processed through our Google Firebase service. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, successful enquiry submissions, and clicks on phone or email links. These clicks do not tell us whether a call or email was completed. We do not send your form answers, phone number, email address or full address to Analytics. We strip query strings from the page addresses sent by our tracking code.
Analytics is not loaded until you choose Allow analytics. We do not enable advertising personalisation. Google receives technical information when Analytics loads; see Google’s privacy policy. Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits.
Your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to allow or decline analytics. Declining stops our analytics collection and removes its cookies from this site. Your choice is stored in your browser so we can remember it. You can still browse and enquire without analytics.
Other services and privacy requests
The site also uses services such as Cloudflare for form protection, and offers Google Maps, Instagram and PayPal features. Those providers have their own privacy policies. For questions about your enquiry information, or to request access, correction or deletion, email info@kdrivingschool.co.uk. We may need to check your identity before handling a request.
